From our Distribution centre outside London we deliver all orders using the most reliable courier network. We use a variety of fast, reliable and trusted couriers.
Please note due to the current COVID19 outbreak delays we advise all expecting parents to place their orders a minimum of four months in advance, to avoid disappointment of items being out of stock.
What are your delivery times?
UK Mainland : 3-5 Working Days
Europe : 5-8 Business Days
Rest of the World : 10-15 Business Days
When do you ship my order?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am will not be processed until the next business day. If you order after 11 am on a Friday, your order will likely be processed on the following Monday.
What tracking information do I receive?
For SMS text message tracking updates make sure to include a mobile contact number with your order. You will receive an email when we have dispatched your order and your tracking will be live as soon as the courier scans your order in. Please check your spam folder for the tracking email in case you haven't received it before contacting.

We are only able to deliver to the payment card registered address. If you are buying the stroller as a gift for a relative/friend or if you have recently moved address please email on firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
Placing an order with an address that does not match the payment cards registered address can result in delays and possible order cancellation.
